Manufacturing and Sales of Prime Wafers

Our subsidiary Shandong GRINM RS Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, “Shandong GRITEK”) manufacturers and sells 125 mm, 150 mm, and 200 mm prime wafers, as well as consumables for silicon semiconductor equipment.
In 2020, we also began the R&D of mass producing 12-inch prime wafers by establishing a new joint venture called SGRS with the City of Dezhou in Shandong (China), GRINM Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. (GRINM), and 徳州滙達半導体股権 Investment Fund Partner Company.

Characteristic 1

Shandong GRITEK manufactures and sells prime wafers by being engaged in all steps of wafer manufacturing from pulling ingots to wafer processing.

Characteristic 2

Shandong GRITEK provides three sizes of prime wafers, centered on the 200 mm wafers, then the 125 mm and 150 mm wafers, which are all primarily used in manufacturing power semiconductors.
By inheriting the technology of GRITEK that has manufactured prime wafers for many years, Shandong GRITEK wields a wealth of experience, knowledge, and technology in the manufacturing of prime wafers.

We also manufacture and supply consumables for semiconductor equipment. Our consolidated subsidiary, DG Technologies, leverages the Group's synergy by procuring some of their raw materials from Shandong GRITEK.
