Information Security
In 2014, we developed the Information Security Policy as our policy on information security, and have appointed our Chief Information Officer (CIO). The Risk Management Committee also ensures thorough implementation of information security measures. The way we handle personal information is set forth in the Rules on the Protection of Specific Personal Information, which we comply with. Please see below for the Information Security Policy.
Information Security Policy
1．Establishment of an Organizational Structure to Manage Information Security
To protect and appropriately manage all information assets we own, we appoint a Chief Information Officer (CIO), and the Risk Management Committee ensures thorough implementation of information security measures.
2．Scope
Information we obtained or learned in our corporate activities and all information we own in relation to our business constitute the information assets covered by this Policy.
3．Compliance with Laws and Norms
We recognize that proper management of information is an important business issue, and therefore appropriately manage the information entrusted to us by our customers and the information assets that we own. In addition, we have established our "Information Security Policy" as a policy for information security, which we comply with.
We comply with the laws and regulations and other norms concerning information security, as well as contractual security requirements.
Note: CIO is an acronym for Chief Information Officer.
