We consider that disclosing information in a timely and appropriate manner and fulfilling accountability to shareholders and investors are the responsibilities of a listed company and essential from a corporate governance perspective. In disclosing information, we strive to provide information promptly on the basis of transparency, fairness, and continuity.
We also consider it important to communicate with shareholders and investors, and hold dialogues with them at General Shareholders’ Meetings, briefing sessions of financial results, and individual meetings.
