To fulfill this duty, we handle Personal Information under the following policy.
1. Observe the applicable laws and regulations in handling Personal Information
We appropriately handle Personal Information by observing the relevant laws and regulations such as the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, as well as internal rules, etc., and comply with Personal Information-handling customs that are generally accepted as fair and reasonable. We also improve our handling procedures to be appropriate based on changes in the laws, regulations, society, environment, etc.
2. Acquire and use Personal Information for specific purposes only
When acquiring Personal Information, we identify, notify, and announce the purposes of use, and handle them according to the said purposes.
3. Thoroughly manage the safety of Personal Information
To prevent the loss, damage, unauthorized external disclosure, falsification, etc. of Personal Information, we establish internal rules and take the necessary and appropriate measures to ensure safety.
We continuously train officers and employees so that they can ensure the safety of the Personal Information, as well as conduct appropriate supervision, appoint audit managers, and audit the internal initiatives for protecting Personal Information.
